2017 vintage; drank 5/26/19 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque purple/brown appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
An even pour yielded a small, noisy tan head; no lace.
Red wine, oak, tart peach & faint chocolate notes in the nose.
Odd but intriguing.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Oak & red wine flavors up front; tart peach & mild chocolate notes on the finish.
This is unique, certainly; they don't quite pull it off but it's worth a quaff.
