12 ounce can into a snifter. Canned 10/2/21, had 4/2/22.
Pours a brown amber, semi opaque, with a half inch creamy foam head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, malt, caramel, some bourbon. The flavor begins with bourbon, then vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, some brown sugar, some oak. Has a light floral taste. Smooth, a good medium body, appropriately carbonated.
Enjoyable. The vanilla stands out and the cinnamon shows well, the barrels are good and it has a pretty good base.

I tried a can of this beer at my line mate's place in St. Germain, Wisconsin whilst there for the Eagle River Pond Hockey Tournament. It poured a dark nearly opaque amber with very thin ecru ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had nice chocolate, ginger and cinnamon notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with good cocoa, ginger and cinnamon presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
