A rich, roasty imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels adding a deep vanilla, oak, and warming bourbon notes. Then we packed it with coconut, cacao, and graham crackers to create layers of gooey chocolate, toasty crumble, and creamy sweetness.

L: jet black body, thin foamy khaki head
S: very sweet: chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow, coconut, vanilla, faint bourbon & oak
T: sweet & rich: dark chocolate, graham cracker, coconut, marshmallow, caramel, vanilla, mild bourbon & oak
F: sticky & sweet full body, booze is warming, plenty of residual sweetness with not much heat or bitterness
O: was hoping for more barrel aged presence with this one. Still fun to try!
