This is an excellent IPA. Big nose of papaya and red grapefruit over top of pale malt.
Taste doesn't disappoint and deliver a tasty assault of resinous hops. Emphasis is on flavour over bitterness. Better than anything in the LCBO back home.
Enjoyed less than 24 hrs after the fill. Highly recommended to fans of the style. Stay away and don't bother with a review if aggressively hopped ipas aren't your thing.

Aggressive bittering hops and somewhat lacking in late hop flavour. Finished dry and bready which I like. Could use some dry hopping to make the nose stand out more but it's still a very drinkable IPA

Disclaimer: I am not a fan of beers with a high content of hops and this one just did not suit my specific tastes. With that said, a friend of mine who does like more hops really enjoyed this beer. It all comes down to personal preference. I did find that Rebellion Brewing does go heavier on the hops on some beers.

Saskatchewan produces another new (and excellent IPA). Black Bridge Brewery in Swift Current was my first surprise and now recently opened Rebellion Brewery in Regina follows up in fine form. On Draft at Moxie's restaurant it pours a nice Amber with plentiful foam and carbonation. I taste citrus bite, and melon and not too bitter (as others have reviewed). Well balanced - one of my top 5 favorite American-style IPAs. Take that, West Coast breweries, Rebellion has made its mark and will hold its own.

Growler: Poured alight clear amber color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with light dry caramel notes also noticeable. Taste is a nice mix of citrusy hops with light dry caramel malt with a medium level of bitterness. Boyd is about average with good carbonation. Very enjoyable IPA but I would have preferred a bit more hoppy floral notes and somewhat less bitterness.

Great IPA. Nose has strong grassy hops. Taste is a well balanced mixed of bitter hops with a nice malt backbone. A very well brewed IPA that I'd drink regilarly if available where I lived.
