Ahhh the first reviewer here! Picked this up while visiting the brewery last October.
A- Liking the labeling and coloration used....thats what caught my eye at first. The beer itself pours a deep copper color, with rusty brown and orange/red hues against the light. I would say this is semi clear, with what may be some chill hazing, or suspended yeast.....you choose! The carbonation is quite aggressive, with plenty of fizzy columns rising rapidly to the top of the glass.....this creates a tan colored head, that maintains a thick film of dense foam covering the liquid.....it moves around like drifting clouds in the sky. As far as lacing goes, this is probably the weakest area in appearance, with only an oily residue covering the inside of the glass, and no real sticky foam wanting to hang on....oh well.
S- Very nice vanilla extract, along with caramel/toffee, cooked brown sugar, some slight nuttiness, bread yeast, whipped cream or marshmallow fluff, belgian waffle, sweet caramel and perhaps crystal malts, dry grassy grains, and right on the finish are hints of day old banana bread. I know that what I'm describing sounds very sweet and dessert like, but believe me, it has an overall mellow aroma, but definitely lets the creamy dessert like quality shine through to the nostrils.
T- Most of the character talked about in the aforementioned aromas are noticeable on the palate too. The vanilla is quite delicate yet rich, along with cake/waffle batter, a distinct wildflower honey flavor (aka- not really sweet), caramel sweetness, perhaps some burnt brown sugar/toffee/molasses, hints of milk chocolate, definite malt sweetness, slight alcohol, almond extract, bread yeast, vanilla creme truffle, and a finish that is clean and of dry biscotti. Hop presence is present but doesn't dominate really....I'm sure it helps with the cleansing nature at the end.
M/O- Medium bodied, well rounded and the carbonation, while plentiful, isn't really as palate scrubbing as I would have envisioned when looking at it. The alcohol, while noted in the flavor, isn't really much of a factor and I don't feel that it would make having this as a session drink an issue. A good solid social brew and contains a very easy going overall flavor/mouthfeel. Would love to see this in my area, but if it doesn't find its way here, I'm happy to enjoy it when visiting Regina in the future.....recommended!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
