On-tap at Saddle Mountain is this gem that's perfect for the Valley of the Sun, Not only a kölsch, but honestly one of the best kölschs I've had, and this is coming from someone who has been to Cologne. The soft grassy and dry honey flavors seem to pull you in than in others per style, and combined with crisp and easy drinking nature famous for the style and I could line the bar with little stange glasses and finish the round of Da Plane.
