With corbezzolo honey (bitter).
Orange color, slightly hazy. The foam is quite scarce, white, not too beautiful.
In the smell honey, but not sweetness. Some peach and apricot notes.
In the taste the same notes, again honey, but not sweet at all. A good balance with the malt and caramel base.
Again fruity notes in the aftertaste, peach and apricot, with bitternotes, from the hop and the honey.
Relatively dry.
For sure, not a typical honey beer. And pleasant.

750ml bottle, brewer claims to use both German and England malts and hops as well as a Belgian yeast and Italian honey known as 'corbezzolo' unique to the Sardinia region.
Pours an unattractive, polluted appearence. Head only shows upon swirl but would leave really spotty lacing. Off putting, stale malt aroma. Very unappealing. Weird yeast character. A smooth, fair mouthfeel - refreshing. Carbonation far too high though. An interesting lactic, sweetness to the flavours, which I felt otherwise were quite dull. Nothing worth revisiting.
