Blond color, opalescent. A beautiful white foam, not too much.
Lightly fruity smell, with white fruit, peach. Then a good amount of fresh hop, hay, and white flowers.
The taste starts with fruitiness, too, followed by hop again, and white flowers.
Not too fresh, maybe, but after all quite well balanced.
In the aftertaste again fruitiness, and white flowers notes, and camomile.
Delicate finish.
Good balance.
