On tap for Beachwood LB's Third Anniversary event.
A: Pours black with a half-inch thick mocha colored head which fades slowly to the rim and leaves spotty lace.
N: Dark chocolate, herbal, mild citrus, slightly sweet, slightly smoky, interesting "greenish" note which is hard for me to describe.
T: Very spicy with serrano chiles, dark chocolate mole. Not quite balanced with a lean to the peppery side.
M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. Chewy chocolate and lingering spicy finish.
O: Not my favorite of the day, but paired well with BBQ.
