A: Pours super hazy grapefruit juice pink with a frothy white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Mild blood orange, nice lemony lactic tartness, a touch of light malt, and a little yeastiness.
T: Pleasantly tart, lemony lactic presence followed with mild blood orange fruitiness, a touch of sweetness, and a little light malt.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Cool twist on a Berliner. Great session brew. I wish the blood orange stood out just a bit more in the taste though.
