Under the cover of darkness, Drake's Dark Wing IPA brings you bright hop notes of crushed pine needles, dank herbaceousness, and a touch of grapefruit marmalade sweetness. As daylight turns to violet and the cool winds blow, migrate to this shadowy IPA.

Bottle poured into a Drake's Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours dark brown with a slight mahogany tone and a frothy light tan head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Roasted malt, pine, earthy herbal notes, a little citrus, faint fruity notes, and a touch of toffee sweetness.
T: Roasted malt, pine, earthy herbal notes, citrus, grapefruit and orange, a bit of tropical fruit, pineapple and apricot, and a little toffee sweetness.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy.
O: Gets better as it warms up, but overall it's a pretty average black IPA.
