On tap at Rocket Dog Brats & Brews
A: Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Big fresh melon, tropical fruit, citrus, crackery malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Bright, mix of tropical fruit and melon up front, papaya, mango, cantaloupe, apricot, and honeydew, backed with some citrus, lemon lime and orange, crackery slightly biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: A bit on the lighter side of medium body, somewhat lively carbonation, slightly creamy.
O: Not your average NEIPA, it's a bit lighter and crisper. I'm not usually big on the melon flavors, but everything is well balanced. Quite refreshing.
