A: The beer is hazy brown in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that rapidly dissipated and completely faded away.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of bourbon are present in the nose along with notes of honey and hints of coriander.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the underlying hints of coriander are a bit stronger and there are added notes of orange zest.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a good dose of warming from the bourbon. There is a low amount of carbonation and some smoothness to the mouthfeel.
O: This beer is definitely a slow sipper and is almost like having a hybrid between a beer and a liquor. The alcohol is noticeable, but isn't overpowering.
