Bottle 12/07/18. Featuring a whole lotta hops: Kohatu, Citra, Mosaic, Pekko, Jarrylo, Pacific Jade, and El Dorado.
L: Pours out honey straw yellow in color. From a simple pour, a nice frothy cap amounting to about 2 fingers width formed. The head retained nicely, allowing a lovely coating of lacing on the glass. Love that lacing.
S: Melony on the nose with hints of grapefruit and tangerine. Papaya and mango also come to mind. Slight biscuity malt presence as well, which meshes well with the fruit aromas. It isn't pungent or even aromatic, but it is pleasant smelling, though minimal.
T: Full of cantaloupe and honeydew flavor, with papaya and mango on the finish. Slight citrus tartness with a decent amount of a grassy hop flavor.
F: Medium in body and in weight, carbonation is moderate for the style.
O: I am enjoying this. I am really liking the pronounced hop profile that I am becoming more accustomed to as I drink it. Great flavor and feel. I am glad to try. Cheers!
