H9KB is a tribute to one of the world's finest beer styles, the Kolsch. Pilsner and wheat malt lend to a very soft malt character, with little sweetness and a dry finish. We used authentic yeast from Cologne to impart a lager-like finish and Bavarian Mandarina hops, which together impart a slight apple and pear fruitiness. Prost Amigos!
