Imagine biting into a raw grapefruit, but with the texture of a crisp green apple. Unlike many DIPAs, it doesn't have that sleek, silky sweetness of malt masking the high gravity. It's fruity, it sizzles, it's dry, bitter, and even a little sour! Love it.
