A one-off stout brewed with wild yeast and blueberries.
Source/Serving: On draft @ Toronado's
S: Sour blueberries, band aids, turpentine, faint burnt malts. Acetic. Eclectic but not layered….one dimensional and too much solvent and acetic character.
T: A light sour bite is barely noticeable in front of heavy phenol-like solvent qualities which makes any roasted character unnoticeable. The middle is briefly pleasant with some nice fruit notes. However, it quickly moves to turpentine solvent with some berry and a band aid edge.
Notes: Too much like an organic chemistry lab.
