Amber in color, and very clear. White head that dissipated very quickly to a small ring around glass. Nose is pine with some fruitiness or maybe a bit of citrus. Taste is somewhat pineapple, pine, tropical flavors. Peppery finish with a good amount of bitterness, which is the highlight of this great beer!

Crystal clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Ommegang chalice. Highly aromatic with mango and pineapple. Flavors of tangerine with honeydew melon and dried pineapple. The fruit flavor is so lush and pervasive, this is a real pleasure. Enough bitterness to keep it all honest, Boldly flavored, sharp with hop acids, and aromatic to the end. Overall this is a hoppy brew to be savored with enough alcohol to add to the pleasure, but not enough to knock the flavor out of whack. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'shea Brewing. Dated 01/09/25.
