Belgian blonde aged in a merlot barrel with brett - she’ll definitely please your taste and smell with a nice tart & zesty zing.

A: Moderate brett funk, followed by light citrus, faintly vinous with moderate oak.
A: Gold/orange color, clear, with a thin head that quickly forms a fine ring around the glass.
T: Lots of citrus and light fruit, light grape and malt sweetness, faintly vinous, with a clean, moderate sourness and dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately light carbonation and very effervescent.
O: Very tasty; the beer has a great zippy funky aroma and flavor with a balanced clean and moderate sourness.

Lots of turbidity in the yellow beer. Hazy. White head, 1/3". Aroma had a lot of brett, but not a lot of barrel notes.
Good white wine brett taste, high carbonation, light on its feet with a blonde base, plenty of white grape notes more than red. Dry.
If you're a fan of Temptation or Sanctification, this is similar to those kinds of beers.

Not really any head when it was poured off the tap for me. The aroma makes you think the beer is going to be quite sour but its really not. The beer has this sweet fruity cherry like flavor, and on the finish has a light tartness to it. Very light refreshing body not a lot of malty sweetness to it. Overall very enjoyable
