A - Served an almost clear bright amber-ruby color with a finger of frothy slightly off-white head. The head fades at a normal pace leaving behind some good lace.

S - Aroma is a mix of sour dark grape, some other fruits, some faint hops, some vanilla, and a touch of booze.

T - Starts off with some sour and sweet dark grapes with some light hop bitterness and some oak. Through the middle, some more sourness comes through with some vanilla and a bit of citrus hop. The finish is a mix of sourness, with some light booze, bitterness and oak.

M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sour and sweet finish.

D - Very drinkable. A bit of a different sour with the IPA base. However, the light hop flavor goes nicely with the sour flavors and the overall beer is very tasty.

On-tap at Drake's Barrel House

Pours a murky amber color with a thin layer of off-white head. Definitely a tartness to the nose. Heavy on wine and red fruits with a bit of sour cherry and vinegar. The flavor is quite tannic and woody. Red wine, cherry skins, and a touch of vinegar on the finish. Not much of the base IPA left. Medium bodied with low carbonation.
