On tap at Pi Bar in San Francisco.
What a settling and refreshing beer. Has a nice straw-amber color with a little white head. It smelled of brett, some phenols, very light grain, and a bit o hops. The brett flavor was totally balanced by crisp carbonation and acidity. There were several other exciting things on tap, but this one made me stick with it for the entire evening, something a sour will rarely make me do.

Pours a slightly murky dark orange with a tan head that settles to an oily film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of sour/tart fruit aromas with some wood and slight wine as well. Taste is exceptional and is just like the smell. There is a nice dry woody finish with each sip. This beer has a very nice mouthfeel with a crisp and slightly drying quality. Overall, this is a very good sour that is very tasty and super easy to drink.
