Had this as part of the wet hop taps at the SF Toronado.
This was brewed with Simcoe and Citra. What a combination!
It poured a tan-golden color. The aroma came across in layers. This has hints of garlic and onion greens, a light catty hint—but also that wonderful, big tropical fruitiness that Citra is known for. The flavor is light and wonderful, sharply hoppy with a dank presence. Terribly enjoyable. I’d have another.

A wet hop version of 1500. Pale clear amber body topped by a finger of head. The nose is pretty light, especially compared to regular 1500. Mild citrus and floral notes along with a slight grassy note. Thankfully this doesn't have the vegetal quality of many wet hop beers. Malt brings a subtle biscuit note. The palate is solid and a bit more expressive than the aroma. Herbal, floral and grassy hop flavors are dominant, with subtle citrus beneath. Malt is present but doesn't lend much more than a bready note. This is solid, but it's inferior to regular 1500.
