Drake’s Two Candle is their special brew in honor of their barrel-house’s second anniversary. On tap when I visited.
This pours a glowing golden yellow in color. There’s a slight funk to the aroma with a hint of stinky cheese or wet hay. Tensely sour on the palate with a hint of bready funk. It’s nuanced, delicate, and tasty.
