A: The chunkiest head I've ever seen on a stout. It's a bright yellowy beige colour.
S: Shit loads of chocolate.
T: Chocolatey but not so sweet. More on the bitter side. Has the typical earthiness as can be expected, and some lovely fruity berries in the finish. For once a bottle description is bang on the money. Just a touch of liquorice. It's probably a touch too bitter. Having done a quick Google search I've learned that Topaz is a particularly bitter hop.
