Pours a cloudy amber body with big thick white white
the aroma is crystalised lime fruits with a dryness that is almost brut like
so slightly sweet, then creeps in dryness and a slight bitter finish
the subtly and balance lend to an awesome body

Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with smaller head that leave some spotty lace. Nose leans towards west coast citrus fruits with a touch of biscuit to round it out. Flavor is somewhat between bitter citrus and a softer juicier IPA. A bit of minerality and a medium bitter finish. Overall a good but very forgettable IPA.

What IPA should be. Great head upon a hazy amber. This is a lot about the herbal and floral notes of the sorachi ace brought out with grapefruit and tropical fruits. Good bitterness and smooth mouthfeel. Great stuff

500 ml bottle, The Apple, Bristol (6.6% on bottle). Pours cloudy amber with medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Smell - Lovely aroma of citrus to the fore with a light background of yeast/bread and grassy notes. Taste - Citrus notes again dominate with light malt flavours and crisp light bitter finish. One of the best IPA's I have tasted from W and T, ticks all the boxes.

A 750ml bottle with a BB of April 2015 (bottled Nov 2014), so it's just out of date. Picked up a little while back from Trembling Madness in York. Described as the brewery's 100th brew - an IPA with five hop varieties. Hopped with Amarillo, Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Sorachi Ace.
A: Poured into a Duvel tulip. Bottle conditioned. A rich orange-amber hue with faint haze and good carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before reducing to a patchy surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of concentrated fruity hops with hints of guava, tropical fruit, clementine, citrus, white grape, melon, grass/hay, caramel malt, mild earthy yeast and faint stewed hops. Simply superb.
T: Tastes of intensely fruity aromatic hops with a spicy bitter finish. Notes of clementine, citrus, guava, tropical fruit, white grape, melon, grass/hay, faint spice, mild caramel malt, earthy yeast and stewed hops. Well-attenuated, followed by a lingering, hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with pleasant carbonation and good body. Hop oils stimulate the palate. Somewhat astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of fruity aromatic hops, subtle bitterness, earthy yeast and mild caramel malt.
O: Fantastic - the definition of IPA. The perfumed hop notes are incredible. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are stuffed silly with fruitiness. Mild malt and yeast underpin the hop character nicely. Great body. A top-notch effort; probably a one-off but don't pass it up if you come across it.
