Mid amber. Rather flat appearance.
Light aroma of citrus fruit and silage. Chocolate - where did that suddenly come from?
Not much flavour at all. Light citrus continues with minor malt biscuit. Some bitter sweetness.
Moderate feel.

Pours hazy amber orange into a tulip glass from a 300ml bottle. You can see the sediment swirling in the liquid giving it the appearance almost of a wheat beer. The offwhite head is initially 2 fingers high, and really creamy with small, well retained bubbles; lacing is moderate.
The aroma isn't that strong, but one can clearly discern zingy orange, grapefruit, floral grass, pine and some aromatic hops. The flavour follows the nose very closely with very floral, orange notes, and there's a mellow sort of aromatic quality which lingers in the mouth from start to finish. Pithy, hoppy flavours arrive half way through before this turns languidly to citrusy biscuit malts which make up the aftertaste.
In the mouth it feels light-medium bodied with a nice resiny texture. Carbonation is low and there is no dryness or wetness.
This is very pleasant beer, nothing to really write home about but very nicely balanced, thirst quenching and refreshing.
