L- Bottle conditioned, pretty hazy dark amber. Pours with 3mm white head.
S- Pretty subdued, possibly a fruity note, against a meatier background.
T- There is a mild fruit element presumably from the two hop varieties listed on the lable. There's also a spicy malty body that follows that.
M- The 6.7% is clearly apparent. It's in parallel with a pretty meaty body that with a slight spice edge reminds me of some Belgian dubbels.
O- I like it! I don't notice specifically that bread has been incorporated, to me it's akin to a Belgian dubbel, but it's British AND only £1.32/330ml which for the style is a good deal. The style suits the weather as we are heading into winter; I will certainly be buying this again!
Bottles marked 'Wiper and True Collaberation series 08'. ABV is listed as 6.7% i/o 6.5% in the Description above.
330ml bottle, £1.32 from Waitrose London. BB: 06/08/20.

Aroma is rye and dry
Breads notes in the flavour with some malt loaf spices

Collaboration with Toast Ale Co. Tap at Kong's, Bristol - Pours amber with a small white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - light fruits/spice, cinammon and vanilla. Taste - Very sweet at the front, lactose, spice back notes. Sweetness can overpower at beginning but subsides leaving a very interesting, drinkable brew. Great use of "unused" bread.
