Imperial stout with coffee, vanilla, cocoa nibs.
Black black. Cappuccino colored foam, one finger, ok.
Smell: a strong kick of cocoa, intense, full. Then vanilla, a bit of cococnut. Yes.
In the mouth the coffee, even a bit burnt. Cappuccino, cocoa, a lot, vanilla, a lot.
Ain the end, a bit on the sweetish side, but ok. Caramel, even a bit salty. Semi pastry.
Cocoa inthe aftertaste, milk chocolate. Very smooth. And vanilla.
Not bad at all, ok, but in the end, maybe not totally convincing.

Pours motor oil black with a giant, fluffy mocha brown head.
Coffee is doubtlessly the most dominant aroma on the nose, entangled into fudge, mousse au chocolate and glazed caramel, with balancing bakers chocolate, earth and a hint of roast. The coffee is rich in this, mellow, nutty, earthy and roasty, enriched by the soft, chocolaty maltiness.
Drinks very soft, chocolaty sweet, with a lower carbonation and a thinner mouthfeel. Bursts of chocolate and whipped cream, toned down by the dry, wooden coffee.
Vanilla is detectable on the taste surprisingly soon, due to sweet milk chocolate and fudge, together with a toasty hazelnut quality. Gets even sweeter then with lots of rock sugars numbing the teethes, in which cold brew coffee joins in, creating a suddenly evolving bitterness. Turns a little boozy and sharp then, with an unfitting hop bite, considering its inital sweetness.
Wonderful, as for how it integrates the complex coffee, but the beer pushes a little to far as for putting its vanilla quality to use - it is too sweet for me, colliding with the coffee earthiness.
