De Zombier. En copa Teku. Viendo Desencanto 2x07-08. Perfil de pastry stout en el que una riquisima vainilla toma el protagonismo e incita a beberla peligrosamente rapido a pesar de su alto abv

Really nice imperial oatmeal stout brewed with coffee.
Pitch black with a nice mocha head.
Nice smell with green coffee, roasted cocoa and vanilla.
Taste is a lot about the coffee but it's green coffee, almost a pepper taste to it, have some kick. Quite balanced all over the session. Some vanilla.
Very thick and chewy. Nice
Very enjoyable stuff. Brewski is a real fine craft brewery

Served in a goblet from the bottle.
Appearance: Thin black body which comes off looking a little like chocolate syrup with medium to heavy bubbles on the body. Tan head rising roughly half a finger's length. Settles to nada after a few sips, zero lacing.
Smell: the smell is good, I mean real good, light as a feather but comes off a sweet sugar
Taste: at first the beer is simple, let it warm up a bit and you see a malty complexity come out of the beer. Toffee and coffee all at once with hard malts and hops.
Mouth: medium body and the stickiness is just above average. I do love that it's a touch dry.
Overall: Tasty brew, nice little gem found here at cervecerÃa Esparte in Conil Spain. Always with love and always in a glass. Salud!

Loads of vanilla on the nose but mostly cocoa taste. Great feel and very proper head... these guys are killing it with the ipas too, highly recommended if you can find it.

Pours a thick black with a low, chocolate colored head.
The nose is rich, with equal parts dark chocolate and vanilla up front. In the back I get some hints of rum and a bit of alcohol.
Taste follows the nose pretty well, adding a component of coffee, and just a hint of soy sauce on the finish.
Lovely texture, just the way Ilike my Impys. This is thick, oily and smooth, with just the right amount of carbonation.
Overall, another great stout by Brewski. Really nice mouthfeel and smell, and a lovely taste so sip slowly.
