Pours a golden amber coloration with a medium, quickly receding, fizzy head and some floaters on final pour. Smells of light biscuity malt, notes of tropical fruits: mango papaya, and some citric acidity. Taste is dominated by a pronounced citric acidity that brings quite a bit of tangy zest to this, with the malt and hoppy tropical notes of mango and papaya staying a bit more in the background. Finishes with a medium/strong acidity and some some citrus zest lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
This really is more of a dry-hopped Kettle Sour than an IPA, with quite a pronounced citric acidity to it, resulting in a strong citrus zest presence, with the malts and hops finding it difficult to compete with the massive acidity, although some light tropical notes still manage to shine through. Pretty one-dimensional, but that's to be expected from a Kettle Sour. A nice, refreshing example of the style all in all.

Pours a dark yellow with fine foam.
Smell is tart with notes of pineapple, vanilla, peach and tangerine.
Taste is tart and hoppy, with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, grass and some earthiness. Mild, citrusy bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overal, a nice sour IPA, refreshing.
