Experimental IPA w. kveik yeast which is fruity and citrus forward, with a dry mouthfeel.
The expression “What Does the Fox Say?” comes from an electronic dance novelty song and viral video by a Norwegian comedy duo. As this crazy yeast has a Norwegian origin, the name fits very well and we don't need to be taking life so seriously all the time, and neither should you. Just enjoy the beer!! In collaboration with Örebro Brygghus.

330 ml slimline can, from Vinmonopolet Bryne. ABV is 6.5%. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Distinct piney and grapefruity aroma. The flavour is pleasant and smooth, medium dry, citrussy and well balanced with piney notes, but the bitterness is moderate. I can't single out any specific kveik notes.
