The Snow King
Brewski
Our first Cold IPA! It is fermented at lower temperatures to create a clean beer with clear hoppy notes of citrus, mostly lemon and grapefruit. The finish is crisp and fresh, and leaves you wanting another one straight away.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with fluffy head and pretty lacing.
Smell is crisp, fruity and grassy. Notes of citrus, pineapple and honeydew melon.
Taste is crisp and fruity with a slight breadiness. Notes of grass, citrus, pine, pineapple, melon and grapes. Solid bitterness and a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, crisp IPA. My first cold IPA, and I'm liking it so far!
