A West Coast IPA aged on cedar wood. It has clear flavors of grapefruit and the darker malt base adds notes of caramel and pine resin, while the cedar gives the beer complexity with notes of white pepper, spices and lemon peel.

Pours a clear amber with thick, soft head.
Smell is fruity, floral and sweet. Notes of pine, wood, citrus, tea and pepper.
Taste is fruity, peppery and a bit floral. Solid bitterness and notes of pine, wood, citrus, tead and peach. Very dry.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very interesting IPA. The huge dryness would probably be a bit too much in a whole pint.
