Pours a clear yellow with soft, soapy head that leaves some very nice lacing.
Smell is bready and crackery with some floral hints. Notes of knäckebröd, toast, citrus peel and rye.
Taste is bready, crackery and a bit floral. Solid bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, toast and citrus with some slightly yeasty hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner, crisp and drinkable.
