A classic easy drinking German style lager. Crisp and dry with a light maltiness and a smooth bitter finish. German hops adds herbal and grassy notes. Unfiltered, unpasteurized.

Pours a semi clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is bready and crackery with some floral hints. Clean and crisp with notes of rye and citrus peel.
Taste is bready, crackery and floral with a solid bitterness. Rick, but crisp with notes of rye, citrus and knäckebröd with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very drinkable and tasty lager.
