A New England style double IPA, with notes of sweet orange & citrus and a rounded mouthfeel. It has a lingering finish with light bitterness, packed with mango and a touch of pine.

Copenhagen 28/5 2022. 33 cl tall, slim can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. White label on a golden can with a weird hybrid between af Shark and Penguin which seems to be doing a clumsy dance.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of tropical fruits mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Sweet peach and blood orange. Whiff of decay. A bit perfumed. Grapefruit and citrus. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, fermented undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
I do not see the point in cross-breeding a Shark and a Penguin. But their beer is well balanced and fairly potent.
