Copenhagen 16/6 2025. 33 cl sim can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. A cute dog expressing a keen interest in Gluten-Free products on the can.
Very gushy upon opening. Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head- Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense wih a sweet malty odor with a touch of stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit and what smells like some Belgian yeast. Pale malts, bread and a bit of peach. Citrus and lemon. Whiff of sour cheese.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a tart citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but a bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry,
Uffe brings hope for the Gluten intolerants.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is crisp and fruity with notes of peach, grass, citrus, pine and a bit of caramel.
Taste is fruity and a bit herbal with solid bitterness. Notes of pine, citrus, grass, peach and tea with hints of wood and caramel.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice west coast IPA, less grainy than most gluten free beers
