Where the Hops Have No Name
Brewski
A New England IPA in collaboration with Craft Central.
Brewed with HBC 1019 on the main stage, supported with the HBC 522 and some background vocals by Citra (or shall we say HBC 394 ).
Naturally hazed (only a tiny amount of oats added).
A easy-sipping little brew. Have you tried it yet?

Copenhagen 21/6 2025. 33 cl tall slim can from Meny, Østerfælled Torc, Kbh. Ø. A drawing of the Joshua tree on the white can.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of fermented stone fruit mingling with a rough citrus scent. Overripe peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is butter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is tart and dry.
The hops seems to be called HBC.
