Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is crisp, crackery and snappy. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye and peach.
Taste is crackery and snappy with a solid bitterness. Notes of citrus peel, knäckebröd, rye and elderflower.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, clean pilsner.
