This Demonic offshoot was all over the board for me....it had great stout characteristics....but then was kind of f'ed up. The maple syrup was an awesome addition....the fenugreek seeds....gave it a sausage like flare. The beer poured a opaque black with white head that left a spotty lace....the scent....had some sweetness....but a weird spicy twang. The taste started sweet then finished spicy. The mouthfeel was fuller in body with smooth carbonation. Overall.....it was good...but slightly weird.
