Frenchtown Brewing

so this place is hard to find - it's back an alley behind a pizza shop, then up external stairs to the 2nd floor. And it's not actually a proper tap room. We hung out in the brewing space talking to the owner and his wife, and they had a small station that they poured beer from, and you pay for a tasting, or by the pint. They were extremely friendly and we talked about breweries in the United States and Belgium. Beers were all solid - they had 4 of their 5 regular beers. Their beers are otherwise only on tap at a half dozen or so bars on St. Thomas
