330ml bottle. BB 05/10/15. Very pale, opaque, straw colour with a towering, creamy, white head which lasted well; settled to a nice covering and left some lovely lacing. Aroma of citrus, green apples, sweet grain and some malt. Medium sweetness and low bitterness. Light to medium bodied, zesty mouthfeel with some lingering bitterness in the finish. Quite drinkable, a pretty decent drop.

Format: a solid dark brown 330mL bottle with a pretty standard label.
Appearance: pours a very pale and crystal clear yellow with limited chunky carbonation. A thin white head drops to a solid film. Good lacing down the glass. Reasonable.
Aroma: some pleasant sweet grain and lemon citrus. A bit light on the nose, but very pleasant and summery.
Taste: the sweet grains and citrus come through a lot more strongly here. Not massively complex, but incredibly refreshing and easy to drink.
Aftertaste: a touch of hop bitterness with those grain and malt characters still hanging about.
Mouth feel: moderate in body with a spritely medium carbonation. Very refreshing with a lasting bite from the hops.
Overall: this is one of the better summer-orientated lagers I have had of late. It is very refreshing and whilst the flavour profile isn't too complex, you don't want that in a lager. Easy drinking and perfect for a summer's day. Not bad for AU$65 a case as it really is a cut above the standard lager.
