500ml keg in Berăria H, Bucharest (18.90 lei):
Dark golden with a translucent body & a bubbly white head that's foamy on the surface with a little stuck to the sides. It's a light nose, some pale lager malts & biscuit with a hint of hay & lighter grassy notes; not much in the way of adjuncts & it seems quite clean initially. The taste is fairly clean too, more of the lager malts & a subtle bitterness with some corn & biscuit flavours - it's balanced but not particularly exciting, with some bread malts & hay towards the end. Again it's little on the strong side carbonation-wise from the brewery but seems to fall short of gassy whist the body is light-medium & sharp towards the end.
