This traditional style Munich Helles Lager tastes as bright as it looks. It is brewed with a combination of American and German ingredients. We use the finest American pilsner malt and a decent amount of German aroma hops as a late addition in the brewing process to accentuate their excellent aroma. Then the beer is fermented cold with our house lager strain. We are confident this beer will have you saying “ein Bier, bitte” again and again.

Pours light cloudy, pale gold. Foamy, short, white head fades fast to a cap with light lacing.
Smells grassy, malty, citrus and herbal hints.
Tastes sweet bready malt, light grain, grassy, light citrus and light herbal. Finish is dry with some earthy bitterness and light grassy hints. Lighter body and creamy medium carbonation.
