This IIPA is distinguished by Midwest style balance–not too bitter, and not too sweet. It pours a golden orange hue with a frothy head that sticks to the glass after every sip. With a mixture of German and American aroma hops at a rate of 4 pounds of hops per barrel, there is hop fruitiness in the aroma with a resinous backbone on your palate. It finishes without lingering bitterness, and leaves you wondering what hops are in this beer.
