Appearance: A medium yellow color with a tint of amber. The head is minimal, a few carbonation bubbles visible.
Nose: A rich bready, malt note, small hops, yeast, that is a touch floral and grapefruit.
Taste A slight off note with malt profile, but bready, toasty, a subtle sweetness, a light floral hop note, and some bitterness on the end.
Mouthfeel: A light beer with a fairly clean finish
Overall: This is a decent blonde ale, there are a few things that could be refined, but not too bad and easy sipping.
