Local place that has dog friendly outdoor patio with heaters. Inside has a steampunkish vibe. Beers I have sampled ,Citra IPA, a dipa , a coffee porter were all good to very good. Have only eaten the pretzel with a delicious cheese sauce.Other food I have observed looked tasty. The dog friendly patio is a major attraction for our GSD. Good spot to while away a Sunday afternoon with friends.

Third place we stopped in tonight (Aug 10 2017). Thursday is the time to go, $3 pints (but the beers they only serve in tulips are still regular price). We had the pretzel (good, but the dipping sauce was hard to place) and two Reuben's (they were out of the Cubano, as well as the chips and guacamole), service was good once we were finally noticed. All the beers we tried were at least decent (Broadway Pale, Lilly White Wit, Steamphunk Saison, Hibiscus Saison, Steam Engine IPA and Midsummer Sahti).

Very cool location, in a really bad neighborhood. Food was high brow but reasonably priced. Great selection on tap, and awesome patio.

Oak park has a pretty cool hipster feel, seems to be a late 20's crowd it's in on Broadway so not the nicest place in sac but that section of the street isn't to bad.
The service here is so so they forgot me on the waitlist and after 30 mins of waiting for my table at the bar I finally said something and they apologized amd quickly got me seated but then I was ignored by my server so service was not amazing but they were also very busy.
As for the beer on my first trip they had no ipa offerings which was truly dissapointing but I was able to make due with a decent stout and a red ale. On my 2nd trip however they had a solid ipa line-up 3 or 4 on tap I settled with a Oaked DIPA that was a collaboration with new Helvetia solid beer! Very pleased.
The food is also quite good and they have some interesting options on the menu but they are always sold out of the pork belly which I'm dying to try...
