This is a very good American Pale Ale. It has the solid bronze color with assertive CO2. It smells malty, spicy, hoppy and that's all. Tastes close to an IPA, but with great malt balance. Semi caramell and bready with some ginger, nutmeg, and mild yeast flavor. The hops are all American and gives this beer a kick in the taste buds. Creamy texture disipates leaving a clean, mildly bitter finish. Mildly drying and hoppy in the aftertaste. It's worth a stop in Knoxville for this one.

Great bronze/deep gold color. Slightly sweet at the start, with a malty, slightly grainy middle. The finish was clean and evenly hopped. Very consistent and well balanced. A great brew to kick back and relax with.
