It has all of the standard Hefe flavors, from wheat malt and cloves to bubble gum and banannas. All flavors were of a moderate intensity, and falls a bit shy of delicious. The body, though smooth, lacked the creaminess that I prefer in German Hefeweizens. Very easy to drink and with good combinations of flavors, but weakens into the finish. I'd try another.

I got this at the New Knoxville Tap Room. I went there Thursday at 7:30 right when they opened for business. $2 pints.
Appearance: normal hefe weizen except not a great head. - murky dark yellow.
Smell: citrus
Taste: nothing exceptional: it seemed like an actually hefeweizen more than things you see more like blue moon but i wasn't that crazy about it.
Mouthfeel: medium thick, smooth
Drinkability: good for drinking on yer backporch with your hound. It does get kinda old after a while though. Seemed to me a little too simple.
