Nice to see HK getting beer savy. This beer pours with a decent and semi-fluffy head and is a deep amber colour. It is unfiltered and bottled conditioned - I added the sediment. The aroma is lacking a little with elements of fruity hops apparent. The mouthfeel is dense, as befits an unfiltered strong beer. The taste is quite well balanced with a nice malty hit finishing with some citrusy and piney hops.
